SHIPPING
This is the time it takes for items to be posted to you. Current standard transit time to all Australian States and Territories for Parcel Post is 3-7 Business days and 2-3 Business days for Express Post depending on the distance you are from our warehouse eg. Western Australia will take longer, however this could be impacted by the current Global COVID-19 Crisis. Transit times may vary depending on your location. Our team strives to provide impeccable service to every customer. However, in rare cases, unavoidable delays may occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. We do this to expedite your order reaching you on time in the shortest time possible. So, don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once, they will get to you. We do this in rare cases that we are awaiting an order that has your product.
